Koločep is a small and peaceful island, just a 20 minute boat ride to Dubrovnik, one of the most beautiful and historic cities/islands in Croatia. With a population of 160 people, Koločep island is a perfect place to relax, meditate, and enjoy the untouched nature of Croatia. On the island there are no cars, just a perfect place to retreat.

The Villa we are staying is only 2 minutes away from the beach – spreads on 2 floors and has 7 bedrooms. 4 Big bedrooms, 3 twin bedrooms, and one single room. There are 3 bathrooms inside the house and one bathroom outside in the garden. The house has terraces, a balcony and stars gazing spots. Sun loungers in the garden are the perfect spot for your relaxing day on this peaceful Island.


In This Yoga Retreat Carla will provide many tools from the Hatha Raja Yoga practice, to purify the mind and the body, in order to experience silence within and increase peace inside. We will practice Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Mantra, Yoganidra, Satsang. We will review the main postures of the yoga practice and the fundaments of yoga through Yamas and Niyamas. Posible workshops: Backbends, Hip Opener, inversions.

The practice is suitable for everyone from Beginners to Professionals.



Our chefs believe in the power of food as a medium to transport you to magical places. Our menus are carefully designed to make your experience in the retreat unique, without forgetting to nurture your health and the health of our planet. Our food is innovative, plant based, nutritious, gluten free and organic as possible. Within these, we have created incredibly delicious dishes to nurture your body and soul while you are staying with us.

We work with healthy, seasonal ingredients and believe in creativity for you to embark on a visual experience. We will help you with transitioning into a plant based diet, inspiring you with our food. We will also teach you the basics of plant based meal preparation, including notes on nutrition and food combination. You will learn how to create wonderful dishes to support you on your own personal journey.

King size bed shared – shared bed with a friend, shared bathroom – 1.100 EUR p.p.

Single bed  – shared double room, shared bathroom – 1.350 EUR p.p.

Payment Conditions:
Regular Booking: Down payment of 40% – due upon booking confirmation. Final payment of 60% – due 9 weeks prior the retreat.

Cancellation Conditions:
In case of customer cancellation no later than 4 weeks before the start of the Event, 60% of the total price will be refunded. In case of later customer cancellations, a refund is no longer possible for organizational reasons. Premature terminations or non-attendance of the Event does not entitle the customer to a refund. If the customer notifies in writing, at least 4 weeks before the start of the Event, by submitting the relevant documents, that he was unable to attend the Event due to missing entry visa, even though the entry visa has been applied for in good time, he is entitled to a full refund of the total price paid. All cancellations must be sent to the following e-mail address: office@u-retreat.com
By transferring the refund back, the bank costs will be paid by the guest and not carried by U-Retreat.

The retreat officially starts at 17:00 with an opening circle and the first practice followed by dinner

In case your flight arrives earlier, we will let you know what you could do until the start of the retreat.

Closest Airport is Dubrovnik – we recommend taking a taxi to the port where our boat will be waiting for you to bring you to the island. All information will be sent to you before the retreat.

We advise to allow one day prior and after the retreat for travelling. We can help you with tips about where to stay. Please make sure that you are having a travel insurance covering your health and any kind of cancellation / refund issues which U-Retreat is not covering. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK YOUR FLIGHT UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION WITH DETAILED INFORMATIONS.
