Maike Lux is an experienced teacher in Yoga, Meditation and Reiki. Her heart beats for Ashtanga and powerful Yoga classes but as well for deep and strong Yin Yoga classes. As she works as a coach and mentor with women those suffer mental disorders and want to develop self-esteem and self-love to escape their vicious circle. She is highly skilled in recognising mental connections, emotional stress and other problems. Maike´s retreat is a practical help to expand your awareness and consciousness. She accompanies you in your journey from the outside to the inside, to connect yourself back to everything whats already inside of you.
Her aim is to bring you back to the happy track in your life. To guide and encourage you finding your version. Yoga, meditation and reiki are her tools to heal, to support and to empower women finding back to their natural strength and power. You can expect strong practices, mentally strong as well as physical. All in order, to inspire you, as well as disconnect you from the past and bring you back in the present moment. Maike is opening in 2020 her own little yoga shala where she wants to create a space for women to grow and shine. Yoga is a lifestyle and helped her to overcome her eating disorder when she was younger. It’s a Ibiza – the Spanish island in the Mediterranean Sea off the Eastern coast of Spain. It is 150 kilometers from the city of Valencia. It is the third largest of the Balearic islands, an autonomous community of Spain. The population of Ibiza is approx. 144,000 inhabitants. The island is widely known for its nightlife, however, it is also a very special spiritual centre that attracts many people to the island as well. Ibiza enjoys very mild climate with a lot of sunshine allowing going to the beach almost all the year round.
Come and join this activity-filled retreat which explores finding your own inner rhythm through 10 Vinyasa flow yoga, Hatha yoga, Yin yoga and mediations sessions with plenty of time for relaxation and exploring Ibiza. This retreat will guide you towards embodying yoga, listening to your inner guru, and taking steps towards self-empowerment. We will focus on releasing old energy and releasing blocks to feeling fresh and amazing. You will be nourished with healthy yet delicious Mediterranean food fresh from local Ibiza farms. This retreat will be about you, focusing on slowing down, being present, disconnecting, appreciating nature, food, health, and living consciously.
Each morning Maike will dive with you into a mediation class together with breath work. Her classes will focus of becoming present right from the beginning to bring the mind and body into its perfect alignment. Her afternoon / evening class are in the focus of restoring so you can expect a deep yin Yoga class with a closing mediation to prepare your mind and body for the night and a more relaxing sleep. Her classes are made for all levels that seek for a deep rest and relaxation.
Our team of chefs create healthy food based on experiences to inspire you and to reconnect you with your own passion for food. We focus on plant based, fresh and seasonal ingredients, also organic as much as possible. We also believe in zero waste and in a more sustainable way of cooking, so we cook with all those principles in mind. We celebrate the taste of each ingredient and we aim for minimalist and effortless cooking but with highly nutritious and delicious results. We want to take you on a transformational journey of reconnection with your senses. We love to share our passion and joy of creating something magical. Food is not only about ingredients. In case of customer cancellation no later than 4 weeks before the start of the Event, 60% of the total price will be refunded. In case of later customer cancellations, a refund is no longer possible for organizational reasons. Premature terminations or non-attendance of the Event does not entitle the customer to a refund. If the customer notifies in writing, at least 4 weeks before the start of the Event, by submitting the relevant documents, that he was unable to attend the Event due to missing entry visa, even though the entry visa has been applied for in good time, he is entitled to a full refund of the total price paid. By transferring the refund back, the bank costs will be paid by the guest and not carried by U-Retreat.

In case your flight arrives earlier, we will let you know what you could do until the start of the retreat.
Closest Airport is Ibiza – we recommend taking a taxi to the retreat location. All information will be sent to you before the retreat.
We advise to allow one day prior and after the retreat for travelling. We can help you with tips about where to stay. Please make sure that you are having a travel insurance covering your health and any kind of cancellation / refund issues which U-Retreat is not covering.
