A former graphic designer with an international hotel chain, Rasha left the corporate world in 2011 to pursue her passion for teaching. She began teaching therapeutic arts and studying yoga, and, inspired by her own teachers and the growth she experienced both on and off the mat, decided to complete her yoga teacher training in 2014. Rasha is trained in hatha, yin, and prenatal yoga, as well as pilates, and loves to share her knowledge and passion for self-development through movement and the mind-body connection. She believes retreats are the perfect time to let yourself be free of all responsibility — to reboot, refresh, and connect with likeminded people sharing the practice of yoga and exploration.
