Audrey’s yoga journey began 11 years ago while she was studying for her master’s in theater, media, and movies. Yoga inspired her to step out of her comfort zone and take conscious steps toward a healthy and mindful lifestyle, and she wants to help transform lives by spreading inspiration, love, joy, connection, and health through her teachings. She completed her hatha training in India and is a qualified vinyasa flow, restorative, and stand-up paddleboard yoga teacher. She’s also a certified personal trainer and loves sharing the playfulness or partner yoga and acrobatics. Audrey’s classes are vibrant and fun, and her passion for yoga and personal growth is evident as she takes her students on a journey of self-discovery.
